Die Stiftung bezweckt die Förderung und Pflege der neutestamentlichen Gemeinde durch Herausgabe und Verbreitung von bibeltreuen Schriften und Medien erbaulichen und aufklärenden Inhalts, sowie durch andere zweckdienliche Mittel und Massnahmen. Die Grundlage für die ganze Tätigkeit soll der unverändert überlieferte Urtext sein, primär der ursprüngliche Textus Receptus. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinerlei Erwerbszweck.
