Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of Fondation.CH and the annual subscription.
1. Service
Fondation.CH is a guidance service: it helps you identify, among Swiss public-benefit foundations, those that may be able to help you. It grants no aid and guarantees no outcome — each foundation remains sovereign in its decisions.
2. Subscription and price
The subscription unlocks the personalised analysis (compatibility score, highlighting of funds linked to your employer, approach advice) for CHF 99 per year, taxes included. Application support is offered as an option, as a one-time payment of CHF 299, for a single application project (an advisor builds and submits your request); it does not guarantee that funding will be obtained and is non-refundable once started. Payments are processed by Stripe.
3. Automatic renewal
The subscription is annual and renews automatically each year at CHF 99, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: your access remains active until then, and no pro-rata refund is due. To cancel, email contact@swissfondation.ch.
5. Refunds
Other than a cancellation effective at the end of the period, the subscription is non-refundable once access to the personalised analysis has been opened.
6. Data protection
Your data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and is never resold. Our database is hosted in Switzerland (Zurich); payment is processed by Stripe.
