Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die a) Ausrichtung von Zuwendungen an gemeinnützige wohltätige, soziale und ökologische sowie Kunst und Kultur fördernde Vereine, Institutionen, Organisationen, Veranstaltungen und Projekte im Kanton Schaffhausen; b) finanzielle Unterstützung von bedürftigen Medienunternehmen zur Erhaltung und Förderung der Medienvielfalt im Kanton Schaffhausen. Zur Erfüllung des Zweckes kann die Stiftung Liegenschaften oder Liegenschaftenteile, Kapital-, Kollektiv- und Kommanditgesellschaften, Genossenschaften, Einzel-Unternehmen oder Anteile daran erwerben. Die Stiftung selber verfolgt keine Erwerbszwecke.
