Statutory purpose
Zweck der Stiftung ist die Ausrichtung von Unterstützungsbeiträgen an Nachkommen der Stifterin mit einer geistigen, körperlichen und/oder seelischen Behinderung. Über die zu tätigenden Ausrichtungen entscheidet der Stiftungsrat in verbindlicher Weise nach Massgabe eines allfälligen Reglementes. Sämtliche Leistungen der Stiftung sind freiwilliger Natur, es besteht kein Rechtsanspruch.
