Statutory purpose
Der Zweck der Stiftung ist die Zahlung von Ausbildungs- und Ausstattungskosten sowie von Unterstützungsleistungen im Sinne von Art. 335 des Schweizerischem Zivilgesetzbuches an die Nachkommen bzw. Familienangehörigen der Beatrice Mermod, geborene Hentsch, von Genf und Netstal, wobei festgehalten wird, dass die Nachkommen von Carl Hentsch, von Genf und Netstal; Henri Hentsch, von Genf und Netstal, und seine Nachkommen sowie Sybille Gonet-Hentsch, von Genf und Netstal, und ihre Nachkommen vom Kreis der Begünstigten der Stiftung R.U.A.H. ausgeschlossen sind.
