Statutory purpose
Mit der Errichtung der Stiftung bezweckt der Stifter die Sicherung der auf den Namen dieser Familienstiftung zu übertragenden Grabplätze Kat.Nos. 628a 629 des Privatfriedhofes auf der Hohen Promenade für die Nachkommen der am 24. August 1917 verstorbenen Frau Fanny Ulrich-Gysi, sowie deren Ehegatten. Sämtliche Nachkommen und deren Ehegatten sind, sofern sie nicht ausdrücklich darauf verzichten, alle an der Stiftung anteilsberechtigt.
