Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Sicherung und Förderung des römisch-katholischen Kultus, in- dem sie Ortsbürgern der Gemeinde Gams, die dem römisch-katholischen Theologiestudium obliegen und das Priesteramt anstreben, zu diesem Zwecke Zuwendungen in Form von nicht rückzahlbaren Stipendien oder zinslosen Darlehen erteilt. Ausnahmsweise können auch Söhne von Familien mit dauerndem Wohnsitz in Gams, die dem römisch-katholischen Theologiestudium obliegen und das Priesteramt anstreben, berücksichtigt werden, insbesondere wenn keine Anwärter aus der Ortsbürgerschaft vorhanden sind.
