Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Entwicklung, Förderung und die Veröffentlichung des Unicity Protokolls sowie die Verwaltung und Förderung des Unicity Ökosystems und die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen und die Lieferung von Produkten mit Fokus auf neue Technologien mit dezentraler Softwarearchitektur. Soweit es für die Verfolgung des Stiftungszwecks erforderlich ist, wird der Stiftungszweck und insbesondere die Definition der spezifischen Technologie technologieneutral ausgelegt, um für technische Innovationen offen zu sein. Die Einzelheiten der Zweckverfolgung durch die Stiftung sind in Reglementen festzulegen.
