Mit der Errichtung dieser Stiftung bezwecken die Stifterinnen die Sicherung des auf diese Stiftung zu übertragenden Grabplatzes Kat.No. B.472 des Privatfriedhofes auf der Hohen Promenade für die Nachkommen von Herrn Robert Syz-von Orelli, gestorben 1928 und nach deren Hinschied für Glieder der Georg Syz-Hünerwadel Stiftung «Hohe Promenade». Sämtliche Nachkommen sind, sofern sie nicht ausdrücklich darauf verzichten, an der Stiftung anteilsberechtigt.
