Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Finanzierung und die Unterstützung von Projekten, welche die Verbesserung der Qualität sowie die Erbringung von medizinischen Labordienstleistungen, besonders in Entwicklungsländern, zum Ziel haben. Die Stiftung verfolgt keinen Erwerbszweck und strebt keinen Gewinn an. Der Stifter behält sich das Recht vor, den vorangehend definierten Zweck nach Massgabe von Art. 86a ZGB ändern zu lassen, sofern der neue Zweck ausschliesslich gemeinnützigen Charakter hat.
