Die Stiftung bezweckt die Erhaltung des Vorsorgeschutzes gemäss Art. 4 Abs. 1 FZG und Art. 10 FZV. Der Anschluss an die Stiftung erfolgt durch den Abschluss entsprechender Vorsorgevereinbarungen mit einzelnen Privatpersonen. Ihre Tätigkeit erstreckt sich auf das gesamte Gebiet der Schweiz.
