Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Finanzierung der Forschung sowie der Aus- und Weiterbildung in Diagnostik und Therapie der nicht-alkoholischen Steatohepatitis (NASH) und zwar im Rahmen des Ordinariats für Hepatologie der Medizinischen Fakultät Bern. Die Stiftung ist im Rahmen der Zwecksetzung in der Schweiz tätig. Gewinn und Kapital der Stiftung sind ausschliesslich dem vorstehend genannten Zweck gewidmet. Erwerbszwecke sind ausgeschlossen.
