Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Förderung der spitalexternen Pflege und Betreuung zu Hause durch finanzielle Unterstützung von Projekten, inklusive Infrastrukturprojekten, zugunsten der Patienten und Klienten, ihren Angehörigen und des Spitex-Personals im Gebiet des Vereins Spitex Region Emmental. Die Stiftung ist im Rahmen der Zwecksetzung im Kanton Bern tätig. Gewinn und Kapital der Stiftung sind ausschliesslich dem vorstehend genannten Zweck gewidmet. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinen Erwerbszweck.
