Statutory purpose
Zweck der Stiftung sind Zuwendungen im Sinne von Art. 335 des Schweizerischen Zivilgesetzbuches an die gemeinsamen Nachkommen des Stifters und seiner Ehefrau Irena geb. Prinzessin Obolensky, sowie an Ehegatten dieser Nachkommen. Sobald weder Nachkommen noch Ehegatten solcher Nachkommen vorhanden sind, soll die Stiftung, da ihr Zweck unerreichbar geworden ist, aufgehoben und das Stiftungsvermögen gemäss letztwilliger Verfügung des Herrn George Morton verteilt werden.
