Statutory purpose
Zweck der Stiftung ist die Ermöglichung und Förderung von Initiativen Projekten und Organisationen, welche Soziale Gastronomie für sozialen Wandel nutzen. Diese engagieren sich unter anderem für Veränderungen in Richtung: sozialer Inklusion und gesellschaftlicher Integration von marginalisierten Menschen, resilienter Gemeinschaften mittels Stärkung der Beziehungen und des Dialogs, Verteilgerechtigkeit, insbesondere von Nahrung und Zugang zu Bildung und Berufsbildung sowie finanziellen Mitteln, ökologisch und sozial nachhaltiger sowie gesundheitsbewusster Ernährung.
