Herstellung und Verkauf diverser Produkte im Bereich Roggen. Die Stiftung betreibt ein Zentrum zur Erhöhung des Stellenwerts des Roggens als wertvolles gesundes Nahrungsmittel und will die Bevölkerung über die Vorteile des Roggens informieren und sensibilisieren. Durch Forschung, Wissensvermittlung, Innovation und Information rund um den Roggen - vom Rohstoff bis zum Endprodukt - will sie eine nachhaltige Wertschöpfungskette ausbauen und weiterbewirtschaften und alle Aktivitäten mit dem ganzen Know-how vernetzen.
