Führung eines "Elternhauses" zur vorübergehenden Beherbergung von Personen, die in enger Beziehung zu Kindern stehen, welche verletzt oder krank im Luzerner Kantonsspital hospitalisiert sind bzw. behandelt werden; das "Elternhaus" soll aufgrund seiner unmittelbaren Nähe zum Luzerner Kantonsspital und seinem speziellen Betreuungsangebot für die Gäste während des Spitalaufenthaltes einen optimalen Kontakt zwischen Kindern bzw. Patienten und ihren Bezugspersonen ermöglichen.
