Statutory purpose
Zweck der Stiftung ist die Bestreitung der Kosten der Erziehung, Ausstattung oder Unterstützung von Stiftungsberechtigten, insbesondere in Notfällen. Die Stiftung bezweckt im Weiteren die Pflege und Fürsorge im Krankheitsfall bei Bedürftigkeit. Zuwendungen zu ähnlichen Zwecken sind möglich. Stiftungsberechtigt sind sämtliche Nachkommen der Stifter. Überlebende Ehegatten von Stiftungsberechtigten können bis zur Wiederverheiratung nach Ermessen des Stiftungsrates in Notfällen ebenfalls unterstützt werden, insbesondere wenn ihr stiftungsberechtigter Ehegatte zu Lebzeiten schon unterstützt wurde.
