Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Förderung, die Forschung und die Entwicklung der Nachhaltigkeit und der nationalen und internationalen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Asset Management Branche in der Schweiz und in Europa. Sie kann diesen Zweck durch gezielten Erwerb und die Bewirtschaftung von Vermögenswerten (nicht reguliert) unter Einschluss von Beteiligungen im In- und Ausland verfolgen. Im Weiteren bezweckt die Stiftung die Unterstützung von gemeinnützigen Organisationen in der Schweiz und im Ausland im sozial-karitativen, wissenschaftlichen, kulturellen und sportlichen Bereich.
