Private individuals can join this foundation through a pension agreement to save privately for retirement (pillar 3a).
Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Durchführung der gebundenen individuellen Vorsorge im Sinne von Art. 82 BVG durch den Abschluss von Vorsorgevereinbarungen mit einzelnen Vorsorgenehmer. Der Stiftungszweck wird erreicht, indem sich anschlusswillige Privatpersonen durch Vorsorgevereinbarung der Stiftung anschliessen. Die Stiftung kann zur Vorsorgevereinbarung eine Risikovorsorgeversicherung für den Todes- und Invaliditätsfall im Sinne von Art. 1 Abs. 3 BVV3 anbieten. Zu diesem Zweck kann sie Versicherungsverträge vermitteln.
