Only for the founder's son and his descendants: help with training, upbringing or starting a business, in the canton of Graubünden.
Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Förderung des Sohnes der Stifterin und dessen Nachkommen. Die Stiftung darf nicht gegen die Interessen oder zum Nachteil des Sohnes der Stifterin handeln. Zur Förderung können die im Sitzungsland der Stiftung anerkannten Förderungsmöglichkeiten von Familienstiftungen ausgeschöpft werden. Zum Zeitpunkt der Stiftungsgründung in der Schweiz sind diese Förderungsmöglichkeiten sehr eng gefasst und beinhalten zum Beispiel die Bestreitung der Kosten von: berufliche oder sonstige Ausbildung, Erziehung der Destinatäre, Ausstattung bzw. Gründung eines Geschäftes.
