Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt im Sinne eines ideellen und gemeinnützigen Zwecks die Förderung der Ausbildung und der persönlichen Weiterentwicklung schweizerischer Kunstschaffender sowie das Erhalten und das Fördern der Kunstsammlung von Lilly Keller mittels Ausleihung ausgewählter Werke an in- und ausländische Aussteller oder Museen. Zudem bezweckt die Stiftung die Erarbeitung und die Weiterentwicklung von Werkverzeichnissen schweizerischer Kunstschaffender. Die Stiftung verfolgt mit ihren Tätigkeiten keinerlei Erwerbszweck und ist der Gemeinnützigkeit verpflichtet. Die Stiftung ist auf dem Gebiet der Schweiz tätig.
