Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die finanzielle Unterstützung von betagten Personen, welche aufgrund ihres Alters bzw. Gesundheitszustandes der Pflege und/oder Hilfestellung bedürfen, sei es zu Hause oder in einem Alters- und Pflegeheim. Die finanzielle Unterstützung soll nur insoweit erfolgen, als die Destinatäre keine ausreichenden sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Ansprüche geltend machen können (Subsidiarität). Die Stiftung erbringt Leistungen nur zugunsten von Personen, welche Wohnsitz in den basellandschaftlichen Bezirken Liestal, Sissach oder Waldenburg haben.
