Das Vermögen und die Erträgnisse der Stiftung sind ausschliesslich innerhalb des Bistums Chur zu verwenden und zwar: für Erwachsene und Kinder, die krank, bedürftig oder invalid sind, sowie für Waisenkinder. Ebenso können zugunsten von Altersheimen Ausschüttungen gemacht werden; für die Unterstützung von Organisationen, welche caritativ tätig sind; für die Aus- und Weiterbildung und zur Unterstützung von bedürftigen Priestern und Ordensleuten.
