Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung ermöglicht herzkranken Kindern aus der Schweiz und dem Ausland die medizinische Behandlung und Betreuung. Angehörigen von betroffenen Kindern kann die Stiftung Unterstützungsleistungen gewähren. Die Stiftung unterstützt im Bereich Kinderherzmedizin Forschungsprojekte sowie Hilfsprojekte weltweit. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinerlei Erwerbszweck. Gewinn und Kapital der Stiftung sind ausschliesslich dem vorstehend genannten Zweck gewidmet. Erwerbszwecke sind ausgeschlossen.
