Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Förderung aller Massnahmen zur Prävention, Bekämpfung und Behandlung von Haut- und Geschlechtskrankheiten, insbesondere Forschungs- und Ausbildungstätigkeiten, Information und Aufklärung von Patienten und Ärzten sowie die Förderung von wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten. Die Stiftung ist im Rahmen ihrer Zwecksetzung in der ganzen Schweiz tätig. Die Stiftung hat einen gemeinnützigen Charakter, strebt keinen Gewinn an und verfolgt keinen Erwerbszweck.
