Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt (i) die Entwicklung, Verwaltung, Vertrieb und die Veröffentlichung einer Technologie, welche die autonome und gemeinschaftliche Teilnahme an projektbasierten Entscheidungs- und Mitwirkungsprozessen ermöglicht («Pairo Technologie») und (ii) die Förderung der Teilnahme an dieser autonomen Anwendung («Pairo Ökosystem»). Soweit es für die Verfolgung des Stiftungszwecks erforderlich ist, wird der Stiftungszweck und insbesondere die Definition der spezifischen Technologie technologieneutral ausgelegt, um für technische Innovationen offen zu sein. Die Einzelheiten der Zweckverfolgung durch die Stiftung sind in Reglementen festzulegen.
