Das Tätigkeitsgebiet der Stiftung ist vorwiegend die Nordwest-Schweiz und begrenzt auf die Schweiz. Die Destinatäre haben keinen klagbaren Anspruch auf Leistung und dürfen selbst nicht wirtschaftlich leistungsfähig oder müssen selbst von der Steuer aufgrund Gemeinnützigkeit befreit sein.
