Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung Callistemon Laevis hat zum Zweck, die folgenden Institutionen im folgenden Verhältnis zu begünstigen: 1. Stiftung Kinderspital Kantha Bopha, Dr. med. Beat Richner, Zürich zu 40%, 2. Médecins Sans Frontières, Genf zu 20%, 3. Schweizer Patenschaft für Berggemeinden, Zürich zu 15%, 4. Pro Natura - Schweizerischer Bund für Naturschutz, Basel zu 15%, 5. Schweizerische Vogelwarte Sempach, Sempach zu 10%. Sollte eine dieser Institutionen nicht mehr bestehen, wählt der Stiftungsrat als neuen Destinatär eine Institution mit ähnlichem Zweck und beantragt die Zustimmung der Aufsichtsbehörde. Die Stiftung verfolgt keinerlei wirtschaftliche Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
