Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die nachhaltige Sanierung der belasteten Standorte in der Regio Basel, bei denen Novartis Pharma AG oder eine ihrer Vorgängerfirmen involviert ist, wenn von diesen Standorten schädliche oder lästige Einwirkungen ausgehen oder ausgehen könnten. Die Stiftung kann auch Planungs- oder Überwachungs- oder andere Massnahmen veranlassen. Sie kann im Rahmen des Zwecks auch Subunternehmer beauftragen. Die von der Stiftung veranlassten Sanierungsaufwendungen sollen CHF 200 Millionen nicht übersteigen. Die Stiftung kann auch Grundstücke erwerben.
