Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung hat den Zweck, unter Einsatz sachlicher, finanzieller und personeller Mittel die Forschung, den wissenschaftlichen Austausch und die Ausbildung, insbesondere auf dem Gebiete der hepato-pankreaticobiliären und gastrointestinalen Erkrankungen, zu fördern. Die Stiftung verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn. Die Stiftung kann ihre Tätigkeit im In- und Ausland entfalten und auf andere medizinische und naturwissenschaftliche Gebiete erweitern.
