Die Stiftung hat den Zweck, innerhalb des im Jahr 2005 bestandenen Gemeindegebietes von Leuggelbach, die Pflege des Dorfbildes und der Dorfgemeinschaft durch finanzielle Unterstützungen und Beiträge an die Allgemeinheit, an Vereine und an Einzelpersonen für besondere Anschaffungen, Anlagen und Bauten sowie für besondere Verdienste und Leistungen zu fördern.
