Statutory purpose
Vorsorge und Minderung von sozialen Härtefällen von Mitarbeitern der dieser Stiftung assoziierten Unternehmen sowie allgemein die Durchführung und Förderung von Massnahmen, die der Personalwohlfahrt dienen. Die Stiftung kann zur Finanzierung von Beiträgen und Versicherungsprämien auch Leistungen an andere steuerbefreite Personalvorsorgeeinrichtungen erbringen, die zugunsten der Destinatäre bestehen. Weiter ist sie tätig zur Förderung der allgemeinen Wohlfahrt, zur Unterstützung von gemeinnützigen Tätigkeiten und der Fürsorge im In- und Ausland durch Unterstützung oder eigenes Aktivwerden.
