Nach Abschluss der stationären Behandlung haben diese Menschen hier eine langfristige Lebens-, Wohn- und Beschäftigungsperspektive mit Hilfestellung insbesondere bei der Alltagsbewältigung, Tagesstrukturierung und Freizeitgestaltung.
