Statutory purpose
Die gemeinnützig tätige Fundaziun Vnà bezweckt: a) Die Wahrung und Mehrung des kulturellen, sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Wohlergehens von Vnà. b) Die Förderung des Aufbaus von Infrastrukturen und Netzwerken sowie die Entwicklung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen, die für Vnà, die Gemeinde Valsot und ihre Nachbarschaft von Nutzen sind. c) Der Stiftungsrat ist insbesondere befugt, für die Erreichung des Stiftungszweckes notwendige Land- und Liegenschaftenkäufe zu tätigen, Liegenschaften zu halten und zu veräussern und entsprechende Baubeschlüsse zu fassen. d) Der Stiftungsrat unterstützt Institutionen und Projekte, welche dem Stiftungszweck entsprechen und die Kriterien von Gemeinnützigkeit erfüllen. e) Die Stiftung ist politisch und konfessionell neutral.
