Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt vor allem in der Stadt Solothurn aber auch im ganzen Kanton Solothurn die Förderung und den Austausch von Kultur, Musik, Literatur und Kunstgewerbe. Sie bezweckt ebenfalls die Förderung privater und öffentlicher kultureller Einrichtungen und Projekte für die Jugend in diesen Bereichen. Weiter bezweckt sie die Förderung und den Austausch im Bereich von sogenannten Randsportarten. Die Stiftung soll insbesondere für die Kulturfabrik Kofmehl einen Bau erstellen und zu sozial verträglichem Mietzins zur Verfügung stellen.
