Die Stiftung unterstützt im Kanton Thurgau wohnende Versicherte der Helsana-Gruppe (z.B. Progrès) oder allfälliger Nachfolgeorganisationen. Sie kann an Institutionen, die öffentliche Beiträge erhalten oder erhalten haben, Garantien oder andere Sicherheiten, wie z.B. Kautionen, gewähren. Sie kann Organisationen sowie einzelne Aktivitäten oder Anlässe von Organisationen unterstützen, sofern diese der Fürsorge, der Rehabilitation oder der Krankenprävention dienen und selber steuerbefreit sind.
