Der Zweck der Stiftung ist, das Eigentum an dem an den Zürichsee anstossenden Grundstück Kataster-Nummer 6763 "zur Mühle" in der Gemeinde Stäfa zu halten und für die von Hanni und Rudolf Reichling-Däppen, Bürger von Uetikon am See und Stäfa, abstammenden Nachkommen und deren Angehörigen (Familienangehörige) zur gemeinsamen Benutzung möglichst kostenfrei zur Verfügung zu stellen.
