Mit dem Erlös werden Aufgaben zu Gunsten von Kindern und Jugendlichen innerhalb des Blauen Kreuzes St. Gallen-Appenzell auf Antrag finanziell unterstützt. Darüber hinaus kann der Erlös für andere Aufgaben innerhalb des Blauen Kreuzes verwendet werden, wobei die Arbeit des Blauen Kreuzes St. Gallen-Appenzell Vorrang vor schweizerischen und internationalen Aufgaben hat. Die Stiftung verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
