Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt im Gedenken an den nicht genannten verstorbenen Stifter im wohltätigen Sinne in Not geratene Personen (auch Künstler) zu unterstützen. Die Stiftungsräte kennen den Stiftungsbrief des Stifters, haben darüber aber Stillschweigen zu wahren. Der Stiftungsrat kann weitere wohltätige Aktivitäten beschliessen. In der Wahl der zu unterstützenden Personen und/oder Organisationen soll der Stiftungsrat frei sein und bleiben. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinerlei Erwerbszweck.
