Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung hat zum Zweck, durch öffentliche und private Sammlungen, durch Entgegennahme von Zuwendungen aller Art und Organisationen und Umsetzung geeigneter Massnahmen die Finanzmittel zu beschaffen für die Erhaltung und den Ausbau, die Forsetzung und Förderung der Jahrtausende alten Trink- und Badekultur von St. Moritz. Die Stiftung bezweckt ferner, die Heilquellen und Therapien weiterhin für jedermann zugänglich zu erhalten. Es sind neue Behandlungsformen und Wege zu suchen, um die Badekuren zu fördern, attraktiv zu gestalten sowie zur Quelle von Lebensfreude, Wohlbefinden und Gesundheit zu machen.
