Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung wird zugunsten der Einwohner und Einwohnerinnen der Oberengadiner Gemeinden (Sils, Silvaplana, Champfèr, St. Moritz, Pontresina, Celerina, Samedan, Bever, La Punt-Chamues-ch, Madulain, Zuoz, S-chanf) errichtet und bezweckt, in sozialen Härtefällen aus den Erträgen des Stiftungsvermögens Beiträge auszurichten, um finanzielle Notlagen zu mildern, wie z.B. ungedeckte Krankenpflegekosten usw., wenn nicht die Begünstigten selber oder andere zuständige Versicherungen oder private oder öffentliche Institutionen für diese Kosten aufkommen können.
