Der Stiftungsrat legt über die Leistungen, die Organisation, die Verwaltung und Finanzierung sowie über die Kontrolle der Stiftung allgemeine Richtlinien fest. Er legt in den allgemeinen Richtlinien das Verhältnis zur Stifterin und zu den Destinatären fest.
