Leistung von Unterstützungen an Personen gemäss näherer Umschreibung in der Stiftungsurkunde, an LCH-Kantonalsektionen und an den LCH selbst, bei sozialen Notlagen und bei Aus- und Weiterbildung zu Lehrberufen in Form von Darlehen, für ausserordentliche gewerkschaftliche, bildungspolitische und rechtliche Aufgaben des LCH und seiner Kantonalsektionen, für Rechtsverfahren im Sinne eines Rechtsschutzes für LCH-Mitglieder; bei Notlagen können Darlehen ganz oder teilweise in Gaben umgewandelt werden.
