Die Stiftung bezweckt Personen finanziell zu unterstützen, die in den Kantonen Neuenburg, Waadt, Genf und Tessin in der evangelisch-reformierten Seelsorge tätig sind oder waren und bei welchen eine einkommensbedingte Bedürftigkeit besteht. Die Stiftung hat ausschliesslich gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinen Erwerbszweck.
