Statutory purpose
Vornahme von Zuwendungen aus Reinerträgnissen des Stiftungsvermögens an laut baselstädtischem Steuerrecht als steuerfrei anerkannte Institutionen der Kantone Basel-Stadt und Basel-Landschaft. Es können auch Zuweisungen an gemeinnützige schweizerische Institutionen in Katastrophenfällen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene vorgenommen werden. Ferner kann die Stiftung Anerkennungspreise zusprechen für besondere Leistungen von Absolventen der Ausbildungsgänge in der schweizerischen Baubranche.
