Blind people and organisations serving the blind can receive support, with priority given to those in the cantons of Fribourg, Bern and Solothurn.
Statutory purpose
Unterstützung von Blinden. Zur Verwirklichung dieses Zweckes gewährt der Stiftungsrat aus den Erträgnissen des Stiftungsvermögens: a) Beiträge an die privaten und (oder) öffentlichen Blindenorganisationen wobei die in den Kantonen Freiburg, Bern und Solothurn ansässigen Organisationen den Vorrag haben; b) Beiträge an die privaten und (oder) öffentlichen Blindenorganisationen der übrigen Schweiz (ausnahmsweise und in Härtefällen); c) Beiträge an die privaten und (oder) öffentlichen Blindenorganisationen des Auslandes (ausnahmsweise und in Härtefäller); d) Beiträge an einzelne Blinde.
