Erhaltung des Gutsbetriebes Sur-la-Croix im Banne der Gemeinde Montmelon (Kanton Jura) als Landwirtschaftsbetrieb, und zwar durch Führung sowohl nach modernen landwirtschaftlichen Erkenntnissen als auch nach ökologischen Grundsätzen. Die Stiftung bezweckt ferner die Förderung der Landwirtschaft im allgemeinen in allen ihren heutigen und zukünftigen Sparten.
