Die Stiftung bezweckt die Führung eines Kinderheims im Hause Wyss-Landolt, Lyss (Lyss 1)-Grundbuchblatt Nr. 1323, an der Bürenstrasse in Lyss, als geeignete bedarfsorientierte Unterbringungsform für Kinder und Jugendliche. Die Stiftung bezweckt auf diese Weise Staat, Gemeinden und die Kirche in der Erfüllung ihrer Aufgaben zu unterstützen. Die Stiftung ist im Rahmen der Zwecksetzung in der Gemeinde Lyss tätig. Gewinn und Kapital der Stiftung sind ausschliesslich dem vorstehend genannten Zweck gewidmet. Erwerbszwecke sind ausgeschlossen.
