Statutory purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt den Betrieb eines Transportdienstes für mobilitätsbehinderte Menschen und deren Begleitpersonen innerhalb, von und nach dem Bezirk Affoltern und umliegenden Gemeinden auf unbeschränkte Distanz. Voraussetzung dazu ist, dass die erforderlichen Fahrerinnen und Fahrer verfügbar sind. Die Fahrpreise sind so anzusetzen, dass die Jahresrechnung der Stiftung ausgeglichen ist, jährliche betriebsnotwendige Rückstellungen (z.B. für neu zu beschaffende Fahrzeuge, Mobiliar usw.) sicher gestellt sind.
